Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first
- Requests must be submitted via email to our customer support team
- Once approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Orders Already Shipped
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- Customers may return the product after delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy
Modifications to Orders
- Changes to products or delivery addresses are not permitted once the order is placed
- If modifications are necessary, eligible orders must be cancelled and a new order placed
